So McCain supposedly had the hots for a blond lobbyist back in 2000. The story is a bit thin on the sex side, but it seems like Mr. Ethics was doing her telecom clients some big favors.

Pat Buchanan is just saying on MSNBC that he first heard rumors of this story back in December, and that he lawyered up and got the Times to pull the story. But obviously something else is going on here.
